Wellbeing Coaching for Mothers
I’m currently on maternity leave and plan to resume coaching in late 2025, with a focus on empowering more mothers. I’ve seen firsthand and deeply understand how beneficial it is for my clients to have a confidential thinking space, honest conversations and tailored support. Balance work and parenthood, cope with stress and burnout, find a greater sense of connection and purpose, and cultivate calm and mindfulness to practice taking care of yourself.
While I’m still shaping what my coaching offer will look like, I’m feeling so energised about the possibilities to help mamas prioritise self-care. You can expect space for 1:1 coaching and small group coaching that centres around your wellbeing as a mother, taking place online for your convenience. I got you, mama!
