As a Chartered Psychologist and Qualified Social Worker, I see most things through a wellbeing lens and adopt a holistic perspective. My coaching practice is research-informed and intentionally acknowledges the different areas of your life, from emotional wellbeing to financial wellbeing to workplace wellbeing. I also draw upon my experience supporting, advising and coaching senior leaders, together with my insights from working within global executive search.

Like you, I am deeply passionate about learning, self-development and creating a healthier work-life balance, which also helps to reduce stress and avoid burnout. You give so much of your time to others, which means that it can be easy to neglect yourself, and this is why I am here to support you. I believe that taking the time to look after our wellbeing, whilst running busy schedules, is crucial in order to be content, fulfilled and flourish in our personal and professional lives. We ALL deserve to be well.

What is 1:1 Wellbeing Coaching?

Online wellbeing coaching is an opportunity to invest in yourself, deepen self-awareness, and focus on your personal and professional development. It provides a safe space to pause, be present, become clearer on your wellbeing goals and work towards reaching them in the comfort of your home, office or preferred location. This is achieved through a series of ongoing conversations (or coaching sessions) on a one-to-one basis, with time for reflection, to support you in making lasting positive change in your life. A person-centred approach to listen, support, guide and cheer you on! Let's focus on your personal and professional ambitions. This is a collaborative effort, whereby we work together to explore, clarify, plan and progress towards your goals mindfully. Your experience is tailored around what you bring to each session and I am not here to tell you what to do. Instead, it is my role to facilitate meaningful conversation, maintain momentum and support you to hold yourself accountable, as your thinking partner and sounding board.

Relaxed, open, honest, non-judgemental, with a calming influence.

I will ask questions, including some challenging ones. You may experience uncomfortable feelings and will be encouraged to step outside your comfort zone, at times, but this is an indication of progress being made and you will get through it with my support.

Method

Private coaching sessions are confidential and conducted online over a secure video call. I am insured to support clients in the UK and internationally.

Professional membership

As a Chartered Psychologist and Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Division of Coaching Psychology, my coaching practice is guided by the Code of Ethics and Conduct.

I am a Qualified Mindfulness Life Coach. My diploma is accredited by the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPC&M).

I am a Member of EMCC and abide by the Global Code of Ethics. EMCC stands for European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
